I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Birmingham, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
All together took over a month to apply. It starts with a bizarre online trivia quiz, which is then followed by an aptitude test and an ethics form that mainly consists of questions regarding you smoking weed or coming into work high. I was then progressed to a phone interview with a recruiter from America which was simple enough, all personal questions and just going over my CV. I then had to complete a more maths oriented aptitude test and was eventually (after 2 weeks or so of waiting) invited for an actual interview. The managers seemed pleasant enough and the entire interview was pretty laid back and easy. I was then asked to complete the same aptitude test again but this time on one of their 15 year old pcs, I didn't get the point of this, to make sure I wasn't using a calculator? I was then told they'd be in touch within 2-3, 2 weeks later I was still having to email the recruiter for an update to which they eventually replied that the hiring managers had decided not to go forward, they couldn't even provide me with feedback when I asked.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in June 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
