I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in June 2018
Interview
The interview consisted first of an online aptitude test at home. If you were chosen to continue on, you would then go into the office and take an aptitude test on a computer there. You would then have an in-person interview with a hiring employee through skype in an office.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in June 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
