Received an email from an in-house recruiter stating they were interested in me, Asked me if I could complete their online tests by close of business on Friday. Received test link Friday morning. Testing took about 2 hours.

Question 1
They asked tons of math questions and engineering questions, that seemed really off base with the position I was applying for.
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
