Interview
The process began with them emailing back and telling me my skills were something they were looking for and having me take an aptitude test. The aptitude test was rather difficult, you could find the answers online but, I think they would know if one was being dishonest. They emailed me back a few days after to let me know that I wasn't selected for this position.

Instead of questions there was about an hour long assessment and about an hour long aptitude test

Before you get to the hiring manager you will have to take a "company exam". Which is timed. The briefing states that everyone has to take this exam.... I wonder how they did they do.
