I applied online and was reached out to for an interview in about a week. I then took a work place exam and had about a 30 minute interview in which they asked about my past work experience and what area I would like to work in.

The interview process was smooth and quick. I applied and got the interview after around 7 days. They asked me about my experiences, school, schedule, and familiarity with manufacturing tools.

They listed most of the tools in manufacturing and asked how familiar I was with using them. Like soldering, screwdrivers, hammers, ...

Behavior based interview, the typical SMART questions. Recruiters made talking to them fairly easy, mostly young people and college students employed as well. Took about 30 minutes total, and had to wait a couple weeks before hearing back.
