I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
I was called to take an hour long multiple choice test on a computer. They warned me about brushing up on algebra and it was well worth. Most of the test was identifying patterns on a sequence. Identifying patterns was harder than any of the algebra questions. They also asked pretty basic/general knowledge questions like what is OPEC? Who was Germany's allied during WWII?

Question 1
Most of the questions on identifying patterns were very tricky/hard to figure out. Brush up on that too if you can.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in June 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
