Started with a phone screening with an internal recruiter. Then was about 2 hours of both logical tests and personality tests. The personality tests asked some questions about opinions that I really don't think should be asked in a job assessment, but that didn't really both me. Next was a Skype interview with a different recruiter. After that was retaking the logical assessment while being proctored over Skype. That seemed odd, but if that's how they want to assess individuals that's up to them. After that was a Skype interview with the VP of software development. He seemed like a great guy that really understood his developers. The next step was going to be getting flown out to Dayton to do an in-person interview, however before that got scheduled I received a decently higher offer than what Reynolds was willing to offer and removed myself from further consideration.
