I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (New York, NY) in July 2019
Interview
The process was really strange. Standard phone convo with a recruiter to see if I'd be a fit and then a Skype interview. Before and after the interview however there were so many tests and questionnaires.
After my interview I had to fill out another form which asked about my parents and any pets I owned as a child. Also tons of behavioral questions where you enter 0-10 on your scale of agreement (ex. John smokes some weed during his lunch break. He is extremely productive. He should be fired)
I thought everything went well but I got an email afterwards stating I didn't make it to the next round.

Interview
Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in June 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
