The process was really strange. Standard phone convo with a recruiter to see if I'd be a fit and then a Skype interview. Before and after the interview however there were so many tests and questionnaires. After my interview I had to fill out another form which asked about my parents and any pets I owned as a child. Also tons of behavioral questions where you enter 0-10 on your scale of agreement (ex. John smokes some weed during his lunch break. He is extremely productive. He should be fired) I thought everything went well but I got an email afterwards stating I didn't make it to the next round.
