You initially get an aptitude test and algebra test to take online before they offer an interview. At the first interview you go on the campus and retake the test in person and have Skype interview with a recruiter in a different location. Second interview is with department manger on-site in person. Last interview is with VP via Skype or in person depending on your location.

The first part of the interview process had me take an exam on work ethics and basic language and mathematics skills. Once that was processed, I moved on to an interview where the interviewer reiterated the job description and the company culture. Here, I asked some basic questions about company culture and she answered them well. Then, I had to fill out a formal application and do another ethics exam. Afterwards, I had to take another language, pattern recognition, and mathematics exam.
