The interview was cold, brief and awkward. The interviewer was nice and professional but there didn't seem to be any questions that weren't already on the application. And the questions asked were negative, like "what do you absolutely not like to do?" How can a person be determined as a good worker if they are not given an opportunity to "sell" themselves?

Be prepared for multiple rounds of interviews. The initial round is an assessment round. Make sure you have prepared for a typing test and come prepared with an extra resume in hand. Once they have vetted you. They may give you a call back to set up an interview for the job you applied for. Again, come prepared.
