I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Apr 2010
Interview
The first thing I had to do was a personality assessment and algebra questions. It was very simple and I did it at home. I was then informed that I needed to come in to a aptitude test at R&R. The test was simple but timed. I assume that I didn't finish enough answers because I was never given an interview. When I took the test I was in a room full of others taking the same test and none of them were given an interview as well. Made me feel a little better. I have no idea why I need to know algebra to sell computer software?
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

Interview
I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Interview
Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
