      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Mar 2014

      Interview

Applied for IT Support position originally through college I attended and received an email a week or so later asking for 1st Skype interview. Interview was basic questions about job at the end of it the HR employee asked if I would be interested in another position and it appealed to my interest more so I decided to continue the process as applying for the Customer Training Professional. They scheduled me for all of the tests online and after I recieved confirmation I passed I had a 2nd Skype interview with a one of the managers in the department I would work in then after that they scheduled me to retake all of the test again with someone watching me. After passing the tests for the 2nd time I had a 3rd Skype interview with another manager in another area of the same department this interview was more laid back and much shorter. After that interview I was scheduled for an onsite interview in the Houston office where I would work. Here I had two seperate interviews about 30 minutes each with managers who where basically another level above the previous ones a had interviewed with. The interviews weren't difficult and I was asked questions around my resume a little bit and then asked what questions I had about the job/company etc. Finally at the end had me take a drug test. Week or two later said that I passed drug test and offered me the job with lowest requested salary. I respectively declined. Whole process took about a month.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in July 2022

      Interview

After submitting the application, I was asked to complete the aptitude test. It was lengthy and some parts were difficult for me, and I didn't get to finish a couple sections. I was surprised when they followed up with me for an interview, so don't be discouraged by the test! I had 3 interviews total - one with a recruiter, one with a supervisor for the role, and one with a regional manager. Their questions mostly focused on my experience, and I think it helped that I asked a lot of questions to them.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX)

      Interview

The process started with an at-home aptitude test, followed by an on-site aptitude test and a few interviews. The interviews were not too intense and the staff was very pleasant. The interview process did take a little under a month, which is a long time to me. Other than that, the entire experience was positive.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Toronto, ON) in June 2017

      Interview

Lengthy process involving a phone interview, intelligence examination, Skype interview, an ethics assessment, and an abridged version of the intelligence examination (but proctored via Skype). Overall, an unnecessary and inefficient interview process.
