I found the posting online and just sent in my resume for a Technical Writing position. They got back to me within a week, we had a phone screen, and then I did some online testing before I went into the recruiting office for MORE testing. IQ, personality tests, visual acuity, etc. etc. I passed them all with flying colors, and got through 4 rounds of interviews -- the first with a recruiter, in which she told me that I would be a good match for a position in Reynolds and Reynolds' marketing firm, Naked Lime. Thinking it was a little less dry than Technical Writing, I went ahead and decided to interview for that. Big mistake. They can't actually get people to apply for the Naked Lime positions, so they have to re-route people who apply for good positions to the terrible Naked Lime ones. I had an interview with a supervisor, then a manager, then the director. They asked me very basic interview questions, the cut and dry "name one time you succeeded/failed", etc. I took a drug test and got an offer once my results came back.
