Interview
Series of several Skype interviews and some competency tests. I thought the process was drawn out much more than it needed to be, I don't see a need to have a Skype interview with 4 different people about the same material. Also, I had to take the 2 hour competency tests twice because they wanted it proctored. If a proctored test was that important to them they should have saved everyone some time and just done that the first time. The fact that they were willing to do everything online was a huge plus though, I wouldn't have been able to go through any of the process otherwise.

Interview
Was e-mailed shortly after I applied and was sent multiple aptitude tests. These tests took approximately 3 hours, some were math, while others tested your ability to differentiate between sets of similar numbers and others tested your capabilities to pick the correct answer for a pattern. I had a Skype interview which lasted around 1 hour.

Interview
R&R talks with you briefly on the phone and then send you three online assessments to complete. If you pass the assessments, you are invited to the office where you take the assessments again to validate your results, and talk with a recruiter regarding your background and the job requirements. Then you will be instructed to take an online ethics quiz. If you pass that, you will interview with a regional sales director. If the director likes you, you will be invited to another formal interview at the head office.

Interview
Thorough interview process. It went on for a very long time and had to meet with multiple managers during. You must take an IQ test as well as personality test before you will get a recruiter to call.
