Put through multiple interviews- written in depth app, phone, video conf. , abnormal testing, went for in person interview, wasn’t on calendar, waited for half hour and sent away. Sent follow up email with same recruiter I talked to twice that told me to come that day and never got an email or call back.

They sent me an assessment test through an email. It was a test for intelligence and for personality. I took the test and the personality exam. I got an email a few days later saying I didn't get the position and they'd keep my resume on file.

If you pass a logic test and a ethics test (and after they run your credit and background checks) the interview is not important. The interview is an afterthought. If you get through their standardized tests, then you should get an offer.
