Wasted 2 hrs on assessment and they decided not to interview on the basis of that assessment. Companies like these don’t value your time and think about themselves only. Stupid way of hiring!
15 minute phone interview where they asked about my experience and interest in the role. Recruiter seemed short and like she didn’t want to be there. Knew I would not be moving forward.

I applied and the next day i got an email to do the application on the company site. After that was completed I had to take 3 test. Each test was diff. One included math, other was just a personality test

This was as absolute waste of time. They email their interest to continue to the next step after looking at your resume. The next step was a aptitude test with bunch of questions that are not job related whatsoever. Basically, if you're ESL you probably won't stand a chance.
