Interview
You have to do a bucket load of tests and a hundred thousand questions that are timed in order to prove you are a good person and a worthwhile candidate. This is ridiculous and trying way too hard. They insisted it will take take 45 minutes, but I gave up after two hours realising it would probably take another 4. and not to mention that though of getting an email saying they are not interested in me is what deterred me from taking that risk. what a waste of time.

Interview
Interesting process overall. I applied for numerous entry level positions and received an email within 24 hours about the next step. I was briefly interviewed on the phone about my experiences to see which role would be the best fit for me. I was given more information to complete as well as the online cognitive test and interests survey. The cognitive test given was the Wonderlic test where you are given 12-minutes to complete 50 questions. You aren't expected to complete all of the questions, just as many as you can answer. I was then interviewed for a position that was not clearly expressed to me (could be my fault), but I thought I was going to be working with actual hardware, but the job was assisting others via phone (call center held desk support). Not a huge deal; I decided to continue the interview to find out more information. Interview appeared to go well and I was introduced to the director of the branch. This person told me that after reviewing my information that I would likely be bored in the position. I was not offered the position.

Before the interview you are asked to do an online assessment with various mathematical questions that's just exhausting. The interview went fine, its a nice talk with the HR person.

Interview
Was over the phone, followed by some test and face-to-face interview in the end. The last part was okay with some basic questions as you would always get everywhere else.
Overcomplicated interview process for such a low-level position. IQ test, math exercises etc. Would never do it again, not worth the time.

Question 1
When attending a face-to-face interview, you would have to repeat a couple of tests again. Including that silly math
