Interview
Reynolds required several hours of time to fill out extensive paperwork, take numerous online assessments, and then required an on-site test. When you come in, you sit with a few dozen applicants most of whom were right out of college, to take an hour test that asks a variety of cognitive and math questions. For a professional with 15+ years of experience, I just about walked out immediately. This says a lot about the company and their culture, and it isnt good.

30 minutes of math word problems with lots of algebra.
2 hour assessment into an automated email rejection. No formal interview. What a waste of my time. Two personality tests and another test. Not a fan of this. Would not recommend this either.

Applied via job board. Received email a week later saying I needed to complete an online bio and assessment which required re-entering all of the information you put in your application all over again, along with some very unorthodox questions for such a high-level position (that of an entry level McDonalds job). The bio and assessment take about 1 hours to complete filled with random math and word problems. Definitely a turn off since I already had offers from other companies, so I did not complete the assessment. The process seems completely unnecessary and convoluted.
