Interview
There were two phone calls from recruiters and then a pretty long online logic and personality test that takes about 2-3 hours. Next step is a skype interview with the recruiter and then further skype interviews with hiring management. The recruiters are very nice and personable. Nothing inappropriate was asked. Be prepared to answer all the "normal" interview questions even with the recruiters.
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
