I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Nov 2010
Interview
Had a phone interview with their in house recruiter, they basically asked me if I smoked and if I had any criminal convictions. After telling them no on both, I was scheduled for an assessment test in person as well as some inline ethics/personality questionnaires. The assessment was basically an IQ test. I did well, and they asked me to stay for an interview. I spoke with a recruiter, then I was asked to fill out a very detailed application which included permission to do a credit check. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager for about an hour. She asked me to come over to the work area and she showed me around, introduced me to a couple of managers I would be working under and had me sit in with an employee doing the job I was applying for. The last step was to interview with the VP. He came over and introduced himself to me, but said he would have to schedule another time for an interview as his schedule was full for the day.
All told, I was on campus for 5 1/2 hours (8am to 1:30pm). I was told I would be contacted to set up a final interview. I was contacted the next day by the recruiter saying they were not offering me the job. When I asked, she said she had no information as to why. I cannot confirm this, but I believe the reason was the bankruptcy on my credit check. I was upfront about it with the hiring manager before they ran my name, but I believe the higher ups said it was a deal breaker.

Question 1
Describe a time when you were faced with a problem and how you solved it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in July 2022
Interview
After submitting the application, I was asked to complete the aptitude test. It was lengthy and some parts were difficult for me, and I didn't get to finish a couple sections. I was surprised when they followed up with me for an interview, so don't be discouraged by the test! I had 3 interviews total - one with a recruiter, one with a supervisor for the role, and one with a regional manager. Their questions mostly focused on my experience, and I think it helped that I asked a lot of questions to them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX)
Interview
The process started with an at-home aptitude test, followed by an on-site aptitude test and a few interviews. The interviews were not too intense and the staff was very pleasant. The interview process did take a little under a month, which is a long time to me. Other than that, the entire experience was positive.

Question 1
What relevant experience do you have and how has it shaped you to be prepared for this position?
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Toronto, ON) in June 2017
Interview
Lengthy process involving a phone interview, intelligence examination, Skype interview, an ethics assessment, and an abridged version of the intelligence examination (but proctored via Skype). Overall, an unnecessary and inefficient interview process.
