I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (College Station, TX) in May 2023
Interview
Was given an assessment to determine critical thinking skills which felt a bit silly as it had nothing to actually do with the position but it was extremely easy. The second step was an online interview with someone from HR who asked basic non technically questions and was very good at answering my questions, however the salary she told me was far less than what I saw on here. Third part of the interview was more generic questions like "What type of work environment do you thrive in", but this time they were down. Over all interview process felt like a lot of fluff and much less effective than other interview processes I have been through.

Question 1
Generic HR questions like "what are you hobbies and interests" and "why do you think you would do good at this company" I went through 3 parts of the process and had 0 technical questions before getting ghosted.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in June 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
