Interview
Before you interview, you must complete an online personality test and an IQ test at the company. The personality test mostly consists of questions to see if you are a rule follower. If you do well enough on the IQ test, then you will be asked to stay for a skype interview with recruiters in college station. If the recruiter likes you then they will try to see if there is someone in the department you are applying for at the office, and then you will interview with them as well. It was an all day event. Lastly, you will be asked to complete a small data analysis project in excel.

Interview
First met with recruiter for video interview. Later interviewed with the Marketing team. For the last round I was able to go into the office and shadow some associates. Was not overly difficult. Felt like a pretty standard interview process.
Very tough. Many steps in the interview process. The preliminary parts took a great deal of time. This involved math related assessments, visualizations and patterns. Definitely a touch process, but worth the experience.

Interview
The interview process starts with an in depth assessment which takes around an hour and forty five minutes. The assessment is broken into two parts: a personality test and a math/pattern assessment. Each part had several sections some which were timed. Each section is multiple choice. I was emailed after my results were reviewed. I was not chosen for the next step, a face to face interview.
