Received a phone interview then was told to do a bunch of tests, before which I came here to see how bad the company actually is, at which point I didn't really want to continue on with the application so I mentioned my salary requirements were going to be the entry level average of my field (which was considerably higher then what they paid, and only what I was willing to work with them for) , about 45k where they usually do 35k according to this site, and shortly after received an email telling me they were not going to follow through with the process.

Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.

Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.

I was asked to take an at home test as well as a personality test before the first remote interview. The first interview was remote, then I had an onsite interview in which they asked very basic questions.
