Was required to take a personality test and aptitude assessment which tested math skills (mainly algebra). I was invited back for an interview the day of the aptitude assessment. Wasn't given a job offer though. The people were very friendly at this site. After the interview I was asked to fill out another application that asked me questions about my parent's careers. It also asked about my spouse's career and his parents careers. Other questions included my greatest failure, greatest success, and future career plans.

The job had already been filled before my interview and they still interviewed me and put in my info for a different position. The follow up position did not create any leads.

A large zoom call in an office with someone either elsewhere in the building or remote. I was moved to a room with a large screen and the interviewer was a few minutes late.

Be prepared for multiple rounds of interviews. The initial round is an assessment round. Make sure you have prepared for a typing test and come prepared with an extra resume in hand. Once they have vetted you. They may give you a call back to set up an interview for the job you applied for. Again, come prepared.
