They ask the most intrusive questions- like where my parents and grandparents work. I went through several interviews, my last one included a physics test. Yes a physics test to do a job that was nothing more than answering phones and basic data entry.

A large zoom call in an office with someone either elsewhere in the building or remote. I was moved to a room with a large screen and the interviewer was a few minutes late.

Be prepared for multiple rounds of interviews. The initial round is an assessment round. Make sure you have prepared for a typing test and come prepared with an extra resume in hand. Once they have vetted you. They may give you a call back to set up an interview for the job you applied for. Again, come prepared.
