Rheem interview questions

Worked with a 3P recruiter who knew my salary range and said I was in a good ballpark for expectations. When it came to getting the offer, it was 20% lower than my minimum of my range. When I said this to the hiring manager he just brushed it aside and said he didn’t know why the recruiter would say that and don’t seemed concerned that I given false information. Either Rheem knew and pushed the lie to get me to the end and low ball me or they don’t have a grip on their external recruiters. Either way, bad look on Rheem. I did not take the job.
