I applied on March 24, and the process took four months. All communication was handled through HR. While the initial outreach was prompt and the 30-minute screening interview was straightforward, the process quickly became frustrating and drawn out.
It took over a month to hear back after the screening, and another month to schedule the next stage. That interview, set for 7 a.m. my time, was supposed to include two panel interviews and a conversation with the hiring managers. Unfortunately, no one from the first panel showed up, and I wasn’t informed until afterward that no one had RSVP’d. This was incredibly frustrating and felt unprofessional, especially given the time difference and preparation involved.
I was told I’d hear back later that month, but it took another month and two follow-up emails before I received a reply—only to be asked to wait two more weeks for an update. I finally received a rejection exactly two weeks later.
Overall, the process was disorganized and emotionally taxing. The lack of timely updates and the no-show interview made me feel like I was never seriously considered for the role and was only kept in the loop as a backup. That said, I genuinely appreciated my conversations with members of the team as everyone I spoke with was thoughtful and took the time to engage meaningfully. My comments are solely on the interview process and its structure.
