I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ricoh (Denver, CO) in May 2012
Interview
Panel style interview.
Basic questions including biggest challenges along with strengths and weaknesses. A lot of the questions were directed towards my past experience. Unfortunately, I did not have any so I had to rely on my education for the most part. The interview consisted a lot of them describing Ricoh and all of the services that they can provide corporations. Most responses reflected past experiences that I dealt with adversity and aspects of my personality that I consider to be my strengths.
