It was a one stage process with a webcam interview to get an understanding of my personality as well as why I would like to work in insurance. There were no technical questions as it was made clear that on the job training would be offfered.

Interview
Casual interview process. Interviewer mostly gauged to see if the applicant is a cultural fit. Interview was held over the phone and was conducted by senior management. There was only one round and it was fairly easy.
