Utterly shambolic experience dealing with the recruitment partner, who didn't show up to the first interview, rescheduled multiple times and also managed to send me the wrong invite. Terrible first impression and really put me off working there.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted to for a recruiter interview. I scheduled the meeting and also reached out to the recruiter to see if they had other times available. They did not respond and simply cancelled the interview I had booked with no further communication. Extremely unprofessional.
An initial call with a recruiter (who apparently was some kind of outside consultant) followed by a competency-based interview with the hiring manager. Interview went well, but later I got a no-reply email confirming I hadn't been successful. It was exactly the kind of email you'd expect to receive after submitting an application, not after completing an interview. I asked the recruiter for feedback, but no response. Not impressed.
