An awful interview process where 'glacial' doesn't quite explain how slow they were.
Otherwise pretty standard: tech recruiter, tech round, culture round.
They call their culture round 'cultural add' because they want to know what you'll bring to the role - however feedback from that particular interview showed they still expect you to fit into a specific bucket.
I originally applied on the 30th January, my first interview wasn't until the 28th February and my second interview wasn't until the 8th April. It took them 2 weeks later to say I wasn't successful.
