Whilst the process took a little longer than I'd ideally hoped, I had a genuinely positive experience throughout. It gave me the opportunity to really get to know the organisation, the scope of the role, and the leadership team it would work alongside. I particularly appreciated the time and engagement from the executive team at each stage. The recruiter was great throughout the process-his depth of knowledge about the role, its purpose, and the business's journey provided a good insight into Rightmove's culture. Overall, it felt like a thoughtful, well-run process with a strong focus on finding the right long-term fit for both sides.
