Ring Firmware Engineer interview questions

Recruiter contacted me and set up a phone interview. Interview went well, lasted about a half hour. Interviewer liked my background and things I could offer. Ended the call informing me we'll be moving on the the next step. The next step was ghosting. Ring didn't return a subsequent email or call. I know this has become a thing as of late, but I was surprised Ring embraces it.
