Ring Production Artist - Packaging interview questions

Had an THREE phone interviews for an open position I enjoyed doing and was qualified for. The first two interviews were by phone and went GREAT! The third interview was remote video. I thought that went well too but had a feeling the supervisor, who was young enough to be my own son, was disappointed that I was older. Long story short, I didn't get the position and have been ignored each time they posted the same position since. Going on FIVE times on less than six months.
