I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Riot Games (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2020
Interview
Several rounds. Recruiter never gave me an overview of how many rounds of interviews there would be or even the salary range for the position. All my interviewers were male.
Recruiter screen was easy. Asked what kind of games I play and why I like them.
Then two rounds of brainteasers. Pretty easy. First one with very elementary stats. Second round with more of a case study structure. I would know very general strategy, stats, KPIs, and A/B testing.
Last round was a behavior interview with the hiring manager. Questions focused on big accomplishments, or getting over hurdles. The hiring manager seemed aloof and kind of seemed like the kind of guy who would contribute to a sexist work environment.
Started with a recruiter call where basic questions are asked to ensure that the candidate has a passion for the product. If successful the candidate would then have a behavioral which tracks for fit. Lastly there is a 4 person panel to assess various aspects of a candidates skillset.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Riot Games (Santa Monica, CA)
Interview
Several interviews paced over 1-3 months, with HR conducting the first interview and guiding you along the way if you pass each step. Interviews for company culture fit, role-specific panels, and talks with team members all happened.

Interview
Behavioral interview questions designed to understand how you have done things in the past in order to see how you would do them in the future. There are multiple rounds and each interviewer asks a certain set of questions based on company values.
