The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Riot Games (Culver City, CA) in Feb 2011
Interview
Unprofessional at best, HR seemed to fumble a lot during the interview process. Was asked very few technical questions during the 'technical' interview, far less than needed to ascertain technical ability, and felt more like I was in a popularity contest than an engineering interview. Was told that the hiring manager would get in touch with me to discuss the position, after 3 weeks of waiting (and requesting updates from their HR group), I was told that it just wasn't the right fit. It should be mentioned that the position I applied for was not even the one they wanted me to interview for. It was not well organized and quite annoying from a professional standpoint.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Riot Games (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
There was 5 steps. Process is elongated and takes too long. I had already lost interest when some of the interviewers were lacking in interest. I would recommend that you are ready to strap into a long process.

I applied through other source. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Riot Games in Nov 2021
Interview
Interviewers are great! They tell and ask interesting questions.
What I really don't like is their recruiters. It is either they are late in the meeting or send cryptic messages. Recruiters tend to respond late on email too. just like what other candidates mentioned in here.

Question 1
focus on the company values, that is very important.. technical interview are standard (not too hard, not too easy) - there is some coding questions in it too. make sure you know the basics of your preferred language.
