Rise25 interview questions

Extremely longer than proposed. Impunctuality. Disconsideration. Lack of feedback on rejection. I was connected by an agency called Condor Agency to apply to Rise25. I was told that the application process would be 2 weeks long, and that although I would start part-time, I would be required to work full-time with the company, hence being required not to be working on a different company. The Condor personnel were great, and I passed all the application process on their end (a total of two interviews, and three tests). Things started feeling unusual when I started what seemed a whole new, different application process with Rise25. I had to undergo a few more tests, fill a form (with a lot of information being already what was told on the Rise25 interviews) and had to be interviewed THRICE. They took a long time to provide updates and, especially, to inform about the final decision. Although I was told that I was a great fit and they would be "happy having me in the team", I was told I would have a response on last Tuesday, but after following up twice, I was told the company went in a different direction, without any feedback or nurturing information being offered. Considering I invested roughly 6 weeks going through the application process, instead of the assured 2, and I went through a lot of processes, I think receiving a response so simple was inconsiderate. Rise25 seems like a wonderful company and their values seem great, but I would consider PRIORITIZING other opportunities and companies before applying to work with them. Thank you, Jesus
