I applied online. I interviewed at Rite of Passage
Interview
I submitted my resume online and was invited for a group interview within 30 minutes of sending my resume. The group interview was a couple of days later. The program director was 10 minutes late and they offer college graduates $13 per hour and require 46 hours per week for full-time. In addition, they require 1 (unpaid) overnight shift per month. After the group interview they require an observation and recommend staying for four hours (unpaid).
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rite of Passage (Littlerock, CA)
Interview
Long , unorganized, difficulty reaching HR specialists. The seldom return call when they say they will and never show up for interviews they have rescheduled. A much better job could be done to promote communication between the company and new hire or prospective hires.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Rite of Passage (Montgomery, AL) in May 2024

Prompt response to application. Did a phone screening and then a Zoom interview. They talked about the position and it’s responsibility. I didn’t realize it was a night position so I did not accept the offer.
