Interview
The interview process started with a conversation with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager and program manager. The interview felt very conversational and comfortable, while still covering business analysis experience, stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and problem-solving. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and communicative throughout the process and onboarding experience.
