Interview

I then had a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager, focusing on my technical skills and experience with financial statements and accounting software. Finally, there was a panel interview with team members, where they asked about my teamwork, communication skills, and how I handle deadlines.

Interviewer was lovely and she was asking good questions. Process was clear and I got some feedback already during the interview which made it easier for me to be prepared what they are going to decide. The interviewer was professional the whole time and she was seemingly genuinely interested in my answers.
