Interview
Interviewed by three managers before hiring. First interview is by phone, second in person at the property that the person applying would work at, third interview held at the corporate headquarters off of westshore in tampa.
I was contacted for an interview and was asked to come interview same day. So glad I did. Community manager was very welcoming and kind. I was contacted within a week with an offer for my position. On-boarding process was smooth. Training was informative and very helpful!

Interview
The interview was, overall, very professional and comfortable. Obviously it all depends on the person, but it was warm yet serious. You can expect to meet with both the Property Manager and the Assistant Manager most likely. Maybe I was a special case, but I actually met with the Regional Manager before ever meeting anyone else.
