First interview with the hiring manager, he never showed up. Rescheduled for the following week and did not apologize for letting me wait for over an hour. Hiring manager mentioned they have not filled this roll in over ten months which was a huge red flag on this job market. Moved on to the technical round which was more of one guy criticizing my career. This guy had a chip on his shoulder and wanted anyone he talked to fail. I know they can't full the roll now.
