Rochdale Boroughwide Housing interview questions

Challenging, but interview progresses fairly quickly. The process was is not overly complicated and I was satisfied with the outcome. They also may do assessments, but it depends on the job role.

The interview process was Really friendly and gave lots of information on RBH, I met the team which was a great way to decide if the job was right for me. It was maybe a little formal but we have since changed the recruitment procedure and it is now much more about getting to know you and you getting to know us in a less formal way.
