After you interview, it takes a very longtime to hear back from someone. I even followed up to let them know I was still interested by email and then by phone.
Más de 3 meses en entrevistas, falta de respuesta y comunicación. Al rededor de 1 mes entre cada una y las personas de rrhh no eran del pais que contrataba por lo que no sabian absolutamente nada del puesto (ni siquiera la prepaga que ofrecian, horarios, lugar de trabajo).
Finalmente, me descartaron.
Started with a short interview over the phone, about motivations, including a short language check
Followed by a video interview, which seemed professional, they were kind, and I could ask questions, they answered them entirely
