Applied online & received a call from the HR in 1 months time. The HR themselves weren't sure of the job details since there's a lot of on going flux at their SF Belmont offices ( multiple acquisitions & the after math). Initially my profile was tagged to a job which was later pulled out & remapped to a similar role in another division. Maybe, I should have taken a cue of things to come from this but I didn't. It's been 7 weeks since I interviewed in person & over phone but yet to hear a revert from the HR / Hiring Manager despite a few follow ups - very unprofessional. Though the team was nice during my in person interaction, they weren't sure of the requirements. So much so that a Sr. Engineering manager during the interview mentioned that my profile was more suited for a different profile since I didn't have pharma / medical experience - which was clearly visible on my CV and I'd have liked to to know of that criteria beforehand and not during the onsite interview.
