I applied for this internship in Cctober and was contacted for an interview in November with my direct boss. She asked me about my skills with the program I was going to work on during my internship and my experience with web design. Then I had another interview a week after with someone from the IT department who made me several questions about my design skills. The process was very simple overall and the interviewers were very nice and friendly all the time.
