Rocket Fuel Director interview questions

Terrible. Despite getting an offer from Rocket Fuel, the hiring manager and a variety of the people I met throughout the process were terribly unimpressive. This is clearly a company in a death-spiral. Unorganized Not smart Desperate (seemingly nobody wants to work there - for good reason) No idea what the direction of the company is Multiple promised follow-ups where they did not respond as promised
