Its all very clear, its a three/four steps interview. First with the recruiter, then with a Senior Engineer and then with the team lead and the senior Engineer. The questions are quite scenario type of questions, very relaxed, all by skype. The last step was a onsite visit to know the office and the team in person. I liked the fact that they allowed me to participate in the daily standup and talk a little about myself and the projects.
