Internal recruiter call seemed okay, but the next day I was rejected without explanation, and without any technical interview. That's despite the fact that I have 7 years of experience in exactly the same tech stack and was working on exactly the same product in my previous place.

Tech stack, React experience, SSR experience, GraphQL experience.
Interview steps:
1. Technical Assessment (~4-6 hours)
2. Tech interview (previous experience)
3. Interview with CEO (behavior interview)
It looks like a small startup, but they have some processes for interviews and tech grades.
Their process prevents them from hiring. It looks as unnecessary and a little bit weird for their size company.
The interviews were friendly but after it, they don't rush.
