Interview
I applied online, it took two days for a call back. I did a short phone screen asking which departments I'd be interesting in working in, etc., then scheduled my interview. My Interview was at the HR office, with two women . I did not receive an offer on the spot. I received a call the following week from the head of the department, and asked to come in to meet with the doctor I'd be working with.

What my strengths were, what was the most difficult thing I've had to do in the last 6 months, and how have I handled working with a difficult coworker in the past.

Interview
I applied online and I had a phone interview. I got a call back a few days later saying I got the job. It was pretty simple. And I was happy with how quickly they handled everything. I lived by Seattle at the time and was worried they wouldn't hire because I couldn't be there in person. This was not an issue.
